Remuera Renovation Auckland

Without a garage and also formal entranceway, this home in Remuera required a creative solution on a tight site. We designed a new lightwell between the existing house and a new garage that provides a formal place of arrival while letting light into the existing lower floor. On the upper floor the house was extended to allow for a new masterbedroom wing and ensuite, and new bespoke cabinetry included throughout the home.
