Heritage Architecture Howick Beach

The renovation task faced by the owners when they bought a 1900s heritage villa in Howick was daunting. Over the years neglect had eaten into its fine wooden details and the interior had been stripped of its original glory. Our architecture task has been preparing a conservation plan for of the original building, submitting a resource consent for the alterations and also designing and developing building consent permissions for the kitchen and bathroom alterations. It has been a pleasure watching the changes over the years and uncovering different clues regarding the buildings heritage
